I moved to United States as a foreign news reporter in 2006 and I met Zade Ramsey through our mutual friend in my first month in Washington D.C.
When I saw Zade’s art work for the first time I immediately knew that I wanted to see them at home. His uncanny but still humorous style makes Zade’s unique style a perfect match for my taste. That’s why I’ll be following his exhibitions.

Zade Ramsey was originally a friend of my partner, he and I eventually formed our own friendship. We had a connection which one doesn’t often have with friends. I was always impressed/amazed with his creative ability and truthfully envious of it! From the first met I would go to his house he would show me his artwork.
What I love about his artwork, it is not one style or one type of art. His artwork tells you about Zade and it shows his passion and his dedication for his craft. I love to hear what inspires him for each of his pieces. I am not an art expert, but I do collect original art pieces and I knew from early on in meeting Zade I wanted some of his art in my home.
Over the years I have purchased several pieces of his art and proudly display it in my home. But I do have my favorite it is the elephant sculpture, Elephant on a Unicycle. When I walked into his art opening for his sculptures and saw it, I knew I had to have one. I see each of his pieces of art everyday and my home would not be complete without them!
